At Becky Falls we are committed to accommodating disabled visitors as much as possible – however our ability to do this is limited by the fact that our walks are, by their very nature, through woodland and a boulder-strewn valley. We welcome visitors with any form of disability, whether physical or learning-impaired. Due to the nature of the woodland walks, the trails are not accessible to wheelchair users. However our Café, Gift Shop and Animal Discovery Zone are all wheelchair-friendly. We would advise visitors with ANY mobility problems to talk to our staff about the walks before booking or travelling to us, so that we can advise on the suitability of the trails. Please note that the access to the park is via a steep path. There are disabled toilet facilities adjacent to the cafe.
The nature trails are not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. However our our Café, Gift Shop and Animal Discovery Zone are all fully accessible. Backpack carriers (for ages 6 months +) and front baby carriers (for ages under 6 months) are available to hire from our Gift Shop for a returnable deposit.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must be supervised in all areas of the park, including around the animal enclosures. Please don’t allow your children to be on the trails by themselves or to enter the animal enclosures. Unisex baby changing facilities are provided in our toilets (adjacent to cafe).
Dogs are very, very welcome here at Becky Falls but we do ask that they are kept on a lead at all times. This is for both their own safety and that of the zoo and farm animals and the wildlife.
They are welcome in the Cafe and Gift Shop. The only area they are restricted is the Animal Discovery Zone.
